After having completed his BA from SUNY Stony Brook, receiving his law degree from Buffalo Law School, and completing his graduate work in tax law from Georgetown Law School, Neal was a tax attorney with the IRS in Washington, DC and he was Senior Real Estate Counsel for a major New York insurance company. He was involved with pension and tax issues, property management, real estate financing, insurance, risk management and the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.
Neal B. Katz, Esq. has been in private practice for 40 years, and he maintains a diversified Real Estate and Probate/Estate practice, with an emphasis on residential, construction, business, tax, estate, guardianship and bankruptcy matters.
